Aplicación de un plan de calidad según la ISO 9001:2015 para el proyecto pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo en Jaén,- Cajamarca. 2018

Abstract

El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de tesis es Aplicar un Plan de calidad según la norma internacional ISO 9001:2015 para el proyecto Pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo de la ciudad de Jaén Cajamarca.2108, . El modelo presentado cumple con los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 y los requisitos legales vigentes aplicables a un proyecto de pavimentos La presente tesis tiene tres objetivos específicos bien definidos, el primer objetivo esw determinar en que medidae plande calidad influyó en el cumplimiento del proceso constructivo en el proyecto Pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo de la ciudad de Jaén Cajamarca.2018, el segundo objetivo, Cómo se realizó el control de costos/beneficios para el Plan de Calidad según la ISO 9001:2015 del proyecto pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo Jaén-Cajamarca 2018. Y por ultimo el tercer objetivo determinar la aplicación del Plan de Calidad según la ISO 9001:2015 logrará la satisfacción del cliente en el proyecto pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo Jaén-Cajamarca 2018. Para cumplir con el primer objetivo se analizaron aspectos generales del proyecto, así como la situación incial y final de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015del Proyecto Pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo de Jaén Cajamarca . 218, , para lo cual se utilizaron los siguientes métodos: Análisis FODA,Diagrama Causa – Efecto, también se aplicó una cuestionario a los colaboradores del Consorcio Amoju que contiene los numerales ,capítulos de la ISO 9001:2015 para el proyecto Pavimento rígido y drenaje pluvial de la calle Antisuyo de la ciudad de Jaén Cajamarca. Que se viene ejecutando en el año 2018. Para el cumplimiento del segundo objetivo Se obtuvo una = b r : 3.77 1 c lo que significa: que los costos es menor a los beneficios que la organización ha obtenido una utilidad de e S/. 158839.29 lo que representa el 20% Paras el tercer objetivo específico se ha aplicado una encuesta de satisfacción a los integrantes de comité de recepción de obras la cual busca garantizar y evidenciar que las exigencias del cliente que en nuestro caso es la Municipálidad de jaen han sido cumplidos. Con respecto a metodología la tesis se ubica en una investigación experimental, con un diseño experimental, con pre prueba y post prueba, en donde la selección de la muestra se ha realizado mediante el método de muestreo por conveniencia .

To meet the first objective, general aspects of the project were analyzed, as well as the initial and final situation of the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard of the Rigid Pavement and Rain Drainage Project of Antisuyo Street in Jaén Cajamarca. 218, for which the following methods were used: SWOT Analysis, Cause - Effect Diagram, a questionnaire was also applied to the collaborators of the Amoju Consortium that contains the numerals, chapters of ISO 9001: 2015 for the Rigid Pavement and Drainage project pluvial of the Antisuyo street of the city of Jaén Cajamarca. For the third specific objective, a satisfaction survey has been applied to the members of the works reception committee which seeks to guarantee and demonstrate that the demands of the client, which in our case is the Municipality of Jaen, have been met. For the fourth objective, compliance with the final settlement of work and implementation costs is evidenced. Regarding methodology, the thesis is located in an experimental investigation, with an experimental design, with pre-test and post-test, where the selection of the sample has been carried out by means of the convenience sampling method.
