Abstract: Esta tesis comprende un Centro Acuático en la ciudad de Chiclayo, tuvo por objetivo principal, determinar de qué manera las estrategias de enfriamiento pasivo condicionan el nuevo diseño de un Centro Acuático en Chiclayo. Este estudio se basó en establecer estrategias que permitan obtener la temperatura apropiada en el interior del proyecto, para desarrolló de manera confortable las actividades, debido a que Chiclayo es una ciudad con clima caluroso durante todo el año.
La metodología utilizada en la investigación es a través de revisión de artículos sobre investigaciones científicas, también la realización de análisis de distintos casos arquitectónicos de los indicadores con fichas e imágenes, con el propósito de identificarlos en hechos reales para validar la pertinencia y funcionalidad. Luego, se aplicaron los indicadores arquitectónicos y la influencia de los aspectos teóricos en un diseño arquitectónico. Terminando con un cuadro comparativo de casos para verificar el cumplimiento de los indicadores que se obtuvieron en los antecedentes teóricos y arquitectónicos.
Asimismo, se determinaron los lineamientos que permitirán un diseño arquitectónico respecto a las variables analizadas.
Finalmente, se concluyó que los espacios cumplan con estrategias de enfriamiento pasivo para lograr confort higrotérmico.
This thesis includes an Aquatic Center in the city of Chiclayo, its main objective was to determine how passive cooling strategies condition the new design of an Aquatic Center in Chiclayo. This study was based on establishing strategies that allow obtaining the appropriate temperature inside the project, to comfortably develop the activities, since Chiclayo is a city with a hot climate throughout the year. The methodology used in the research is through the review of articles on scientific research, as well as the analysis of different architectural cases of the indicators with files and images, with the purpose of identifying them in real events to validate the relevance and functionality. Then, the architectural indicators and the influence of theoretical aspects in an architectural design were applied. Finishing with a comparative table of cases to verify compliance with the indicators that were obtained in the theoretical and architectural background. Likewise, the guidelines that will allow an architectural design with respect to the variables analyzed were determined. Finally, it was concluded that the spaces comply with passive cooling strategies to achieve hygrothermal comfort.
