The Professional Sufficiency thesis entitled “Implementation of continuous improvement in the administrative management of the company High Industrial Maintenance SAC, 2019-2021“ had the general objective of implementing continuous improvement tools to improve the administrative management of the business. For the development, three steps were applied where the first was to diagnose the current situation of the business to seek improvements in administrative management using the Cause-Effect (Ishikawa) tools and the Pareto Diagram to detect the causes of the main problem that was low profitability. of the business, finding cost overruns, lack of inventory control, high staff turnover and lack of monitoring of the progress of the projects that caused a loss in the Income Statement of the business by 2021. As a second action, continuous improvement tools were applied for the benefit of the administrative management as Flowcharts of Processes that allowed to eliminate the four causes of the main problem. Finally, the impact generated by the application of continuous improvement tools was determined, achieving positive results in the Projected Income Statement for 2022, where the Gross Profit was 32.85%, the Operating Profit was 3.33% and the Net Profit was 3.00%.
