The purpose of this investigation consisted of the design of a Safety and Health at Work Management System in the metalworking company Factoría HYR Servicios Generales, located in the Avenida Industrial No. 25 Sec. Encalada of the Golf. Víctor Larco Herrera - Trujillo - Freedom. The type of research used was of a descriptive - propositive nature, among the techniques used the survey, observation and documentary analysis. The analysis unit was made up of the metallurgical factory Factoría HYR Servicios Generales, the instrument of the Survey questionnaire was 20 items, which was applied to a sample of 30 workers among the workers and administrative staff. Using a non-experimental - Transversal design, the analysis was performed quantitative baseline analysis of the guidelines of Law 29783 of the Occupational Health and Safety System and also proceeded to analyze the IPERC of the company and is where it was evidenced as the final result “UNACCEPTABLE“ and as a result, the need to improve the organization of jobs, guide and train the worker on various issues regarding industrial safety, establish safety rules and policies to help prevent accidents within the organization and contribute to the improvement of safety conditions per job. These results allow to reach the conclusion that the implementation of the adopted system must continue, where the cost of implementation is 12200 and a benefit of 37.56 is obtained, for each sun invested.
