The objective of this systematic review was to describe the theoretical approaches of productivity on teacher performance and educational quality, with the determination to find those factors that should be taken at the time of the assessment of educational quality in teacher management. At present, much is said about academic excellence, where educational institutions must take on the challenge of being dynamic agents of good teaching and the proper exercise of teacher functions. It is there where the criterion of educational quality prevailed in the perspective of the teacher in relation to their performance prevails, that is to say that the predisposition of the same foresees new directions for intellectual, moral, emotional training, among other students. The methodology used was a systematic review of the scientific literature of the last 10 years. The sources of information used correspond to databases among which are: EBSCO, Proquest, Google Scholar, Redalyc and Scielo. Also, inclusion and exclusion criteria for information gathering are included. In the results, 18 suitable articles were found, which were our database, two dimensions were also found for the variable productivity of teacher performance, as well as two dimensions for the second variable quality of education.
