ABSTRACT The present research aims at optimizing costs and minimizing time by presenting a new process that is the pre-fabricated system, made in the company LILESTROM S.A.C. For a construction process of civil works of a compact substation in a vault in the city of lima. Taking records of other theses. It was revealed that this system is widely used in developed countries, due to the great economic benefits, the creation of new technologies for its construction and the opening for new markets. In Lima, the constructions of the compact substations of underground vaults are executed by the company ENEL, which was called EDELNOR S.A. before. They are performed in a traditional way. That is, in situ, due to the customer's design. For this new design the wall anchors will be increased, the application of impermeable material as a security system to prevent water filtrations, transport of concrete blocks as a product pre-fabricated and its installation with appropriate machines; Since the calculation of block weights is part of the investigation. The processes, schedules, budgets are supported by the unit price analysis (APU), the “S“ curve and the Ishikawa diagram, they will be shown by the study done, comparing the types of traditional systems against the pre fabricated. This will solve the specific objectives presented. Finally, the quantitative benefits explained in monetary units and will be presented by graphics. Also, the qualitative benefits will be mentioned.
