Gestión de la seguridad y salud ocupacional en el Perú: una revisión de la literatura científica

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra la realidad en la que se encuentra el estudio de la Seguridad y salud laboral en el Perú, para esto hemos usado fuentes certificadas, un banco de tesis extraído de Alicia, Renati, la búsqueda no han sido un bien de azar, hemos utilizado métodos de exclusión como el año, tipo de tesis, región, entre otros con el fin de abastecernos de material óptimo para nuestro análisis. El objetivo principal ha sido buscar la situación en la que se encuentra hoy esta gestión, dándonos como resultado una visión general pero clara de la manera en que se está tratando el tema, en el Perú este estudio está centralizado en Lima, en las provincias fuera de la capital no se está profundizando de manera importante, los estudiantes no dan foco a los resultados de sus estudios, generando que no se evidencie la mejora en las gestiones de productividad, e inclusive en la rentabilidad de la compañía. En la lectura de este informe podrán ver que estas faltas, al corregirse podrían ayudar a fomentar la correcta gestión de la seguridad y salud en las empresas y así podríamos aspirar a tener un ambiente propicio y seguro de trabajo en el Perú.

This article shows the reality of the study of Occupational Health and Safety in Peru, for this we have used certified sources, a thesis bank taken from Alicia, Renati, the search has not been a good of chance, We have used exclusion methods such as the year, type of thesis, region, among others in order to provide us with optimal material for our analysis. The main objective has been to find the situation in which this management is today, giving us as a result a general but clear vision of the way in which the subject is being treated, in Peru this study is centralized in Lima, in the provinces outside of the capital is not deepening significantly, students do not focus on the results of their studies, generating that there is no evidence of improvement in productivity management, and even in the profitability of the company. In reading this report you can see that these mistakes, when corrected, could help to promote the correct management of health and safety in companies and thus we could aspire to have a favorable and safe work environment in Peru.
