Implementación de la plataforma Moodle para optimizar el proceso de gestión de la capacitación del personal, en la empresa MBG Perú S.A.C, Lima 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo titulado: implementación de la plataforma MOODLE, para optimizar el proceso de gestión de la capacitación del personal, en la empresa MBG Perú S.A.C, Lima 2018. Nace por la exigencia de la organización en optimizar el proceso de gestión de la capacitación del personal. La optimización del proceso mencionado se evidencia específicamente en cuanto a minimización de tiempos, reducción de costos y la gestión del conocimiento. En el capítulo 1 se describe a la empresa MBG PERÚ (misión, visión, filosofía, organigrama, mapa de procesos, cartera de productos y servicios, por último, la cartera de clientes). Así mismo se especifica la justificación del presente trabajo, el objetivo general (implementar la plataforma MOODLE, para optimizar el proceso de gestión de la capacitación del personal) y los objetivos específicos (planificar la implementación de la plataforma, configurar el web hosting, instalar el software MOODLE, gestionar la plataforma, capacitar al personal en la plataforma, reducir los tiempos en la ejecución y control de las acciones de capacitación y optimizar el impacto de la capacitación). En el capítulo 2 se mencionan las teorías relacionadas a cada una de las variables que conforman el tema, también se menciona la metodología de desarrollo y la definición de términos básicos. En el capítulo 3 se detalla el desarrollo, para el cual nos basamos en la metodología SCRUM considerando cada uno de los objetivos específicos. En el capítulo 4 se presentan los resultados que se obtuvieron en el desarrollo de los objetivos específicos evidenciando la optimización del proceso de gestión de la capacitación, en cuanto a tiempo, costo y gestión del conocimiento. Por último, en el capítulo 5 se menciona la discusión (en donde hemos elaborado un cuadro comparativo entre el antes y después de la Implementación de la plataforma MOODLE en MBG Perú), conclusiones (las cuales evidencian que se optimiza el proceso de gestión de capacitación en cuanto a tiempo, costo y gestión del conocimiento) y las recomendaciones. ABSTRACT The present work entitled: implementation of the Moodle platform, in order to optimize the process of management of staff training, in the MBG company Peru S.A.C, Lima 2018. It is born by the requirement of the organization to optimize the process of management of staff training. The optimization of the process was evidence specifically in terms of minimization of times, reduction of costs and knowledge management. In Chapter 1 describes the company MBG PERU (mission, vision, philosophy, organization chart, map of processes, products and services portfolio, finally, the portfolio of clients). At the same time specifies the justification for this work, the general objective (implementing the Moodle platform, in order to optimize the process of management of staff training) and specific objectives (plan the implementation of the platform, configure the web hosting, installing the software, MOODLE, manage the platform, train staff on the platform, reduce the times in the implementation and control of the training actions* and optimize the impact of training). In chapter 2 mentioned the theories related to each of the variables that make up the subject, mention is also made of the development methodology and the definition of basic terms. In Chapter 3 details the development, for which we rely on the SCRUM methodology considering each one of the specific objectives. In chapter 4 we present the results obtained in the development of the specific objectives evidencing the optimization of the process of managing the training, in terms of time, cost, and knowledge management. Finally, chapter 5 mentions the discussion (where we have developed a comparative table between before and after the implementation of the platform MOODLE in MBG Peru), Conclusions (which show that streamlines the process of training management in terms of time, cost, and knowledge management) and the recommendations.
