Implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en una empresa de desmotado e hilado de algodón caso Juany S. A. C.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en una empresa de desmotado e hilado de algodón caso Juany SAC. Para la aplicación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo nos basamos en 5 herramientas el diagrama de causa- efecto, herramienta de las 5 porque, diagrama Pareto y la metodología PHVA (Deming)), el cual nos permitirá mejorar continuamente. Juany S.A.C. es una empresa peruana dedicada al procesamiento de desmotado e hilatura de fibras textiles a base de algodón cosechado, está comprometida con sus trabajadores y demás partes interesadas para la implementación del Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo está alineada al cumplimiento de la política de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Inicialmente realizamos un diagnóstico situacional en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la empresa Juany S.A.C, donde se determinó un porcentaje del 5% que refleja un nivel bajo en la implementación de un sistema de gestión donde la accidentabilidad y el elevado potencial de daño a la salud e integridad están presentes, por consiguiente, se da por surgimiento la necesidad de implementar un sistema de gestión en la Desmotadora e Hilado de Algodón Caso Juany S.A.C para el periodo 2021-2022, para ayudar a reducir los riesgos y mejorar la situación de la empresa. Finalmente se obtuvo que luego de la implementación del Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud se logró mejorar un 80% los problemas que presentaba la empresa reduciendo los peligros y riesgos laborales a los que estaban expuestos los trabajadores.

The objective of this investigation was to implement an occupational health and safety management system in a cotton ginning and spinning company, Juany SAC. For the application of the occupational health and safety management system, we rely on 5 tools: the cause-effect diagram, the 5 because tool, the Pareto diagram and the PDVA (Deming) methodology), which will allow us to continuously improve. Juany S.A.C. is a Peruvian company dedicated to the processing of ginning and spinning of textile fibers based on harvested cotton, it is committed to its workers and other interested parties for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is aligned to compliance with the policy safety and health at work. Initially, we carried out a situational diagnosis in terms of Occupational Health and Safety of the company Juany S.A.C, where a percentage of 5% will be developed that reflects a low level in the implementation of a management system where the accident rate and the high potential for damage to health and devices are present, therefore, the need arises to implement a management system in the Desmotadora e Hiladora Juany S.A.C for the period 2021-2022, to help reduce risks and improve the situation of the company . Finally, it was obtained that after the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System, the problems presented by the company were improved by 80%, reducing the hazards and occupational risks to which the workers were exposed.
