This research work was developed with the purpose of ending the use of Facebook Workplace as a productivity tool in the customer service area in a Lima 2019 banking entity. The 15 members who make up the Customer Service Unit of the Lima 2019 were surveyed. Banca Negocios Lima, and interviewed the supervisors; for data collection. Subsequently, the graphs were tabulated and prepared in Excel. It was learned that the majority of the publications on the Workplace social network of the banking entity are not intended for the area of the customer service unit, retail business banking; rather, the content is general for all areas. This research also found that workers in the customer service area do not usually share information and photos on the Workplace social network, since they are demotivated by the lack of content focused on their area. The Workplace social network is a very important tool in the company, but it is still difficult for workers to use it; this depends on the contents, and on the strategies used by their supervisors so that there is greater interest. Therefore, a change was achieved in the management of digital tools for productivity within the banking entity; since they opted for this social network, with the intention of improving their communication process.
