A mixed residential center is a necessary infrastructure for the service of society, because it aims to satisfy the need for a vulnerable population sector, which has a shortfall in coverage for the inhabitants and at the architectural level. With respect to the aforementioned, the following research aims to determine architectural design conditions based on the psychomotor criteria of occupational therapy for a mixed residential care facility in the Esperanza district 2021. Therefore, the research has three phases; in which, the first of them comprises a revision of documents proper to the discipline of architecture, considering names, external references, guides or other records that contribute to the knowledge of problematic reality and architectural design guidelines. The second phase covers an analysis of national and international architectural cases, for the identification of guidelines in relation to their application and functionality. Finally, in the third phase the proposed architectural object is developed, with characteristics suitable to the environment, form and functionality, according to the design guidelines obtained in relation to the study variable, granting spaces developed for the interaction, recreation and rehabilitation of the user.
