The present research and technological proposal, allows the monitoring of drinking water quality in wells of population centers of Laredo, Trujillo, measured through an electronic device, evaluating the following parameters: Potential of Hydrogen (pH), Temperature and Turbidity, using the Arduino mega technology and the appropriate parameters for the aforementioned parameters. This is born from the problem that is currently present in our country, where the population centers have drinking water service, water quality is not often measured, this is due to the time it takes to collect data, where trained personnel have to travel to populated centers every so often, take the corresponding samples and then analyze them. In this way it is not guaranteed that the water will be potable 365 days a year. Since the population is usually very susceptible to get sick by consuming this water without boiling previously. “In the jungle and the rural area there is a lower percentage of households with safe water access.“ INEI (2016). Demographic and family health survey. This work is based on the development of the SCRUM methodology, an agile methodology that helps in the project process, since it is flexible, productive and worked as a team. So the use of the Arduino mega technology in the process of measuring for water quality. The sensors to be used are the following: PH sensor, temperature sensor and turbidity sensor. Subsequently, the data obtained is stored on a server. Obtaining as a result, a mobile application that allows to monitor the level of drinking water quality for the population centers of Laredo, Trujillo.
