The multi-service agricultural cooperative of Limón district, Celendín province, Cajamarca department, has 72 hectares of cultivation in production and 35 hectares in planting process. It presents an average destined for each one of the associates that oscillates between 2 to 3 hectares; the harvesting process is annual, according to the strategic planning carried out in the Multi-service Agricultural Cooperative, the seed that the association uses are improved seedlings through the process of grafting in the stage of seed preparation. The process of sowing and cultivation is artisanal because of the wild characteristics of the ground, which does not allow to develop a system of technological cultivation within it, the fertilization of the land destined to the crop is organic in its totality, which allows an improvement in the soil biological activity and also facilitates the growth of the crops, the irrigation used is made by dripping and flooding, the main pests that attack the crop are the drill of logs and seed that contaminates the seedlings, and the avocado Trip mosquito staining the product. The financing used is the producers’ own financing, the company's main strategic alliance is the one with the state institutions, the main benefit of this strategic alliance is the seed improvement and the reduction of costs. The infrastructure that the said association has at this time is deficient because of the implementation process in which they are immersed. As a conclusion we may say that the viability of the investment project is positive by presenting a NPV of S/.100,887.64 y TIR de 36% KEYWORDS: hass avocado, cooperative, oil.
