The purpose of this thesis is to develop a technical file of drinking water network, sewerage and household connections in which there are two options for the execution of the work, the first is to use materials made of PVC and the second materials in HDPE for the housing association Santa María del Gramadal located in the district of Puente Piedra which does not have the aforementioned basic services, with this purpose it is intended to perform a comparative analysis at the level of costs and execution times with the two project options, for this will be used in the cost aspect, the direct comparison of the budget items of the project in each situation, each budget is based on the cost of Peru magazine. In the aspect of execution times, the productivity and yield indices will be used, entering historical data of the works carried out in both cases by the Peruvian company Orión Ingenieros Contratistas SAC, likewise and indirectly they will touch on topics such as the new technology in machinery and equipment in the heading of the construction of sanitary networks in Peru and how it has an impact on the Peruvian workforce, so it is intended to provide the best option for the association of housing at the cost, operation and maintenance level as a solution.
