This research raises the issue about the relationship of human talent management with job performance in J.R. General Contractors SCRL of the district of Guadalupe - 2017. The main objective is to know the relationship between human talent management and work performance in the company J.R. SCRL General Contractors of the district of Guadalupe. The present investigation was oriented in establishing the relationship between the variables human talent management and labor performance, since both are one of the main sources of development and innovation of modern organizations. The applied research methodology corresponded to a cross-sectional quantitative study of the descriptive-correlational type. In order to determine the relationship between human talent management and work performance, the survey was used as a survey instrument through a structured questionnaire, surveying 20 employees. The results obtained were statistically analyzed through the IBM SPSS Version 23 application. Based on the processed data, the Pearson R correlation was determined to be moderate positive (r = 0.623) and a level of significance 0.05, which allowed to verify the hypothesis that there is a relationship between the management of human talent and job performance in J.R. SCRL General Contractors of the District of Guadalupe - 2017. Demonstrating that, if a moderate management of human talent is developed. KEYWORDS: Human Talent Management, Work performance.
