In this research work, an analysis of the variables has been carried out: motivation and job satisfaction in the teachers of the Private Educational Institution “María de Nazaret“ of the city of Cajamarca in the year 2021, determining the relationship between them. This work corresponds to a basic cross-sectional non-experimental correlational research in which a survey methodology has been developed, which were applied to all teachers of the aforementioned institution, analyzing general informational aspects. The population and study sample were made up of the 20 Teachers who work in the Private Educational Institution “María de Nazaret“, who were presented with a questionnaire of 54 questions as an instrument, from the surveys developed, in which informational aspects are detailed, the same ones that were later processed in order to get a database. Then the tables and figures presented in the results chapter were evaluated. The research was supported by the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The reliability analysis yielded Cronbach's Alpha of 84.5% for the Motivation variable and 83.6% for the Job Satisfaction variable. Finally, the results obtained were interpreted, reaching the conclusion that the level of both variables in this Educational Institution is high, that the dimensions of the motivation variable have a direct relationship with job satisfaction, and that there is a direct relationship between motivation and job satisfaction in the institution.
