The research aims to comparatively analyze organizational commitment among employees whose leaders have and have no intention of renewing the contract for work performance. The design was cross-comparative type; the sample consisted of 30 workers collaborators with at least 4 months old, of which a15, as assessed boss, they were renovating and the other 15 no. The instrument used was the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Meyer and Allen. Among the most important findings is that there is significant difference between the two study groups regarding organizational commitment and all dimensions, affective organizational commitment being the most prevalent in the group that their contracts will be renewed.
