The objective of this master's study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and the rotation of farm personnel in the Cerro Prieto agricultural company located in Cheapen, La Libertad in the year 2021. The type of investigation is basic, quantitative, non-experimental correlational where surveys for job satisfaction and staff turnover were used to a sample of 64 crop employees to gather the necessary information to carry out the correlation of the results in the SPSS 25 statistics program. When carrying out the questionnaire, it can be observed that the cultivation personnel do not have salary dissatisfaction of what they obtain for their working hours, as well as lack of communication at work with their superiors, poor conditions at work and co-workers, in addition, they are constantly looking for work because other companies offer a higher salary increase compared to the activities they carry out in Cerro Prieto. When analyzing the items of the surveys, it was possible to identify the percentage of job satisfaction (57%) and staff turnover (44.78%), as well as the correlation between both variables, with a significance level of 0.01<0.05 and a Spearman's Rho correlation of -0.781, which indicates that the relationship between job satisfaction and staff turnover is inverse, this means that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the staff turnover of a company.
