The cleanest production contributes a very important paper for the care of the environment; reducing, saving resources and above all alternatives for waste reuse, thanks to the different entities (OEFA, FAO and CNPML), multiple options have been proposed to add value to the waste coming from the sawing processes, however, many companies National and local level, do not develop proposals capable of increasing their level of competitiveness by creating new products with the waste of that activity. In this way the present investigation was carried out in the company DERIMA SRL located in the city of Cajamarca, with the aim of increasing the level of competitiveness of the company, designing a production line of agglomerated boards through the waste produced monthly . For which the design and development of the cleaner production strategy was carried out, which includes three fundamental phases: planning and organization, prior evaluation and finally implementation. As a result, there was a notable increase with respect to competitiveness indicators such as income, effectiveness and percentage of qualified personnel. After having carried out the development of the methodology, it was obtained that the company increased revenue by 12%, a contribution margin of 27.7% and 20% in terms of customer satisfaction. Additionally, it was evidenced that 25% of waste generated by the activity will be used in its entirety for the production line of agglomerated panels.
