Implementación de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para aumentar la disponibilidad de la planta de inyección de la empresa Industrias Plásticas Reunidas S.A.C

Abstract

RESUMEN El objetivo del presente trabajo de graduación, es la propuesta de implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo en la planta de inyección de la empresa Industrias Plásticas Reunidas S.A.C. Su importancia radica en la necesidad reducir y eliminar las paradas recurrentes e inesperadas que generan pérdidas de producción a la empresa. El trabajo se realizó en planta de inyección de la empresa, en donde se evaluó la situación actual de ésta, así como la toma de datos necesarios para el presente trabajo de graduación. El trabajo consta de cinco capítulos. En el primer capito trata sobre la importancia del sector industrial de crea el mantenimiento preventivo. Así como también la necesidad de la empresa Industrial Plásticas Reunidas SAC de implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo, en base a sus resultados obtenidos en el año 2014. Y que acciones se tomaron para lograr los objetivos. Dentro del segundo capítulo se divide en dos partes, la primera donde hacemos referencia a los plásticos, evolución y desarrollo en el sector industrial en el Perú. Así como también los procesos de moldeo de plásticos más empleados (inyección y soplado). En la segunda parte se incluye todo el material teórico referente a conceptos de mantenimientos, definición, evolución y tipos. Así como también la información relacionada a Disponibilidad, Confiabilidad y Criticidad, por ser temas fundamentales para el logro de los objetivos del trabajo. En el tercer capítulo, se incluyó toda la información concerniente a la empresa Industrias Plásticas Reunidas SAC., una breve historia, su organigrama, la situación actual, así como también presentamos los indicadores iniciales antes de la implementación del mantenimiento preventivo. Describimos todas las actividades que se han ido realizando para lograr el objetivo de aumentar la disponibilidad desde levantar información para la ficha técnica hasta tener el cumplimiento y ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo. En el cuarto capítulo se evalúan los resultados de las actividades que se realizaron para lograr el objetivo de aumentar la disponibilidad, así como también revisar los indicadores resultantes después de la implementación del mantenimiento preventivo para hacer el comparativo con los indicadores iniciales. En el quinto capítulo se analiza el impacto que ha tenido la implementación del mantenimiento preventivo, en cuanto a incremento de la producción se refiere. Así como también la reducción de fallas por paradas inesperadas y frecuentes que se tenían antes de la implantación. Por último, mencionamos las conclusiones sobre los objetivos obtenidos y los beneficios generados a la empresa Industrias Plásticas Reunidas SAC. ABSTRACT The objective of this graduation work is the proposal to implement a preventive maintenance plan at the injection plant of the company Industrias Plásticas Reunidas S.A.C. Its importance lies in the need to reduce and eliminate the recurrent and unexpected stops that generate losses of production to the company. The work was done in the company's injection plant, where the current situation of the company was evaluated, as well as the data required for the present graduation work. The work consists of five chapters. In the first chapter deals with the importance of the industrial sector creates preventive maintenance. As well as the need of the company Industrial Plastics Reunidas SAC to implement a preventive maintenance plan, based on its results obtained in 2014. And what actions were taken to achieve the objectives. Within the second chapter is divided into two parts, the first where we refer to plastics, evolution and development in the industrial sector in Peru. As well as the molding processes of plastics most used (injection and blowing). The second part includes all the theoretical material referring to concepts of maintenance, definition, evolution and types. As well as the information related to Availability, Reliability and Criticity, as they are fundamental subjects for the achievement of the objectives of the work. In the third chapter, we included all the information concerning the company Industrias Plásticas Reunidas SAC, a brief history, its organization chart, the current situation, as well as the initial indicators before the implementation of preventive maintenance. We describe all the activities that have been carried out in order to achieve the objective of increasing the availability of information for the data sheet until the fulfillment and execution of preventive maintenance. The fourth chapter evaluates the results of the activities carried out to achieve the goal of increasing availability, as well as reviewing the resulting indicators after the implementation of preventive maintenance to compare with the initial indicators. The fifth chapter analyzes the impact of the implementation of preventive maintenance, in terms of increased production. As well as the reduction of failures by unexpected and frequent stops that were had before the implantation. Finally, we mention the conclusions about the objectives obtained and the benefits generated to the company Industrias Plásticas Reunidas SAC. KEYWORDS: Preventive maintenance, increased availability.
