Mejora de la integración de los procesos de la empresa Tecmaquind S.A.C. 2016 a través de la implementación de un ERP

Abstract

RESUMEN Hoy en día todas las organizaciones se ven obligadas a estar siempre pendientes de las nuevas tecnologías que se den para poder así sobrellevar la competencia y poder lograr satisfacer al cliente. Por ello la sistematización de procesos ayudará a la empresa a mejorar el manejo de todas sus áreas, con ellos la organización tendrá una mejor atención hacia sus clientes. Por tal motivo se ha visto en la necesidad de implementar un sistema ERP, ya que este tiene muchas metodologías para lograr sistematizar los procesos de las áreas, con ellos se logrará un manejo adecuado de toda la información que hay en la empresa de diferentes áreas, para así poder satisfacer a los clientes y ser más competitivos, la empresa TECMAQUIND SAC tendrá mayor oportunidad en el mercado. Esta tesis tiene como objetivo general, mejorar la integración de los procesos de la empresa TECMAQUIND SAC 2016 a través de la implementación de un ERP. Con el fin de optimizar recursos, minimizar actividades y agilizar entregas de pedidos. Esta tesis tiene tres objetivos específicos: primero, realizar un diagnóstico para mejorar de la integración de los procesos de la empresa TECMAQUIND SAC 2016 a través de la implementación de un ERP, mostrando la importancia de éste en dicha empresa. Segundo, seleccionar un sistema ERP para que la implementación logre integrar los procesos en la empresa TECMAQUIND SAC-2016, Tercer y último objetivo, realizar una programación de un plan de trabajo para la mejora de la integración de los procesos de la empresa TECMAQUIND SAC 2016 a través de la implementación de un ERP.

Therefore the systematization of processes will help the company to improve the management of all its areas, with them the organization will have a better attention to its customers. For this reason it has been necessary to implement an ERP system, since it has many methodologies to systematize the processes of the areas, with them will be achieved an adequate management of all the information that is in the company of different areas, In order to satisfy customers and be more competitive, the company TECMAQUIND SAC will have greater opportunity in the market. This thesis aims to improve the integration of the processes of the company TECMAQUIND SAC 2016 through the implementation of an ERP. This thesis has three specific objectives: first, to make a diagnosis to improve the integration of the processes of the company TECMAQUIND SAC 2016 through the implementation of an ERP, showing the importance of this in that company.
