The present research proposes an approach of rational use of rainwater by means of rainwater harvesting systems and the use of landscape architecture applying it to the relation with the immediate context in the design of the terrestrial terminal of the city of Tarapoto. The use of rainwater harvesting systems through the coverage and geographic location of the project is directly related to its surroundings and the elements that surround it, thus allowing to apply the principles of landscape architecture in order to design an architecture Which responds directly with its location, this research applied to the project allows to work simultaneously both variables, so as to obtain the best results for the project.
