The present profesional thesis that is presented has the objective of conducting water from one of the hydrants of the Olmos Tinajones project in the region of Lambayeque - Peru. The water will be captured in the “X“ hydrant (for reasons of confidentiality, the actual name of the hydrant and the study company) will not be indicated for this project, whose available pressure (or pressure offered by the project) is 43.00 m.c.a. (meters of water column) and 0.5 lps per hectare. The partnerships offered by the Olmos Tinajones project on average have an area of approximately 1000 ha. The net area that the agroindustrial company acquired is 1000 ha. Likewise, the company has divided the entire fund into three so-called irrigation zones; filtered 1, filtered 2 and filtered 3. The soils of these valleys are of high agricultural quality, however, the capacity of irrigation systems is very limited, a limitation that is accentuated by the lack of regulation systems in all these valleys except for the Chancay - Lambayeque valley. Agricultural development aims at the integration of these valleys, complementing with regulation systems and the development of irrigation systems of high efficiency in the use of water (pressurized irrigation). Our project consists of distributing the water to the filtering slabs; as they distribute it within the irrigation plots is not the subject of study of this thesis report. For this project we are presenting two options; the first option consists of conducting the water through a concrete channel of trapezoidal form from the point of delivery of water (hydrant) to the bottom delivering the water memory to each slab of filtrate, the second option is to drive the available water with pipe of PVC by means of a pressurized system, of the same form would be captured from the hydrant to the slabs of filtration, the option with concrete channel will bring gates for the control in the distribution of water, and structures that help in the water management. The option with PVC pipe, will be pressurized, will take advantage of the available pressure offered by the Olmos project, in the project there are several scenarios in which has allowed us to select the most appropriate pipe, always taking care of the efficiency in water conduction. We want to contribute with these hydraulic analyzes to the improvement in the conduction of the water, and to contribute with the saving of water and to improve the environment.
