The research work aimed to determine the influence of structural systems Emmedue and Limited Ductility Walls on the non-linear behavior of the hotel Costa Blanca located in Vichayito, Piura; the type of research was applied, quantitative, explanatory level, with a quasi-experimental design; the population was made up of buildings for hotels whose structural system is based on Emmedue or Limited Ductility Walls in Vichayito, Piura; while the sample was constituted by the Costa Blanca hotel to which it will be analyzed under the systems Emmedue and Limited Ductility Walls. With the help of the Etabs V19 program, the building was modeled for both systems in order to be able to know the static nonlinear behavior of the structure, obtaining the following results: The Emmedue system presented a maximum inelastic distortion of 0.00017, with a performance point and ductility of 3.5 cm and 24.33 respectively, being within an operational performance level, in addition to an overresistance capacity of 1.13; while the Limited Ductility Walls system has a maximum distortion of 0.00012, with a performance point and ductility of 1.28 cm and 22.58 respectively, being within the level of operational performance, in addition to an overresistance capacity of 1.62. Thus, it was concluded that: In this way it was concluded that the system of Walls of Limited Ductility will have a greater influence on the influence for its non-linear behavior.
