The present investigation consisted of demonstrating the increase in labor productivity through the implementation of Lean Logistics. The research is of an applied type, with a quantitative approach and its design is pre-experimental. The main objective of the research is to implement Lean Logistics to increase the productivity of the workforce in the logistics area of the company Master Servis E.I.R.L., to achieve this objective, a diagnosis of the current situation of the area under study was made. , for this, methods such as interview, survey, Pareto Diagram, Ishikawa Diagram were used, in order to identify the effect of the problem and the causes that generate it, it was determined that the problem in the study area was the low productivity of staff. , which was affected by the poor distribution of the areas, the disorder and lack of cleanliness, lack of standardization of processes among others, based on the aforementioned, the implementation of Lean Logistics was proposed; applying the following tools that compose it; DAP, VSM, Design, 5S, Poka Yoke and Kanban. Finally, it is concluded that with the implementation the Lean Logistics, it was possible to correctly distribute the work areas, the products were ordered and classified according to the demand, the sale time was reduced from 23.33 minutes to 15.61 minutes, the time of Storage decreased from 182.12 minutes to 113.48 minutes, defective products decreased from 349 to 21, and finally order fulfillment improved from 75.67% to 98.41%. Finally, it was shown that productivity increased from 1.34 units/man-hour to 2.07 units/man-hour. Likewise, the realization of the project is viable since an IRR of 38.46% and B/C of 3.67 was obtained.
