Leaseback como alternativa de financiamiento para la obtención de liquidez en la empresa Ximesa SAC, Lima 2019

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es probar que el impacto del leaseback se utilizará como una opción de financiamiento para obtener liquidez en Ximesa SAC, y para recopilar materiales bibliográficos. La inspección, análisis y elaboración de estados financieros hasta que se procesan los datos luego del análisis de los resultados obtenidos, y luego se integran las variables de acuerdo a las preguntas planteadas. El tipo de investigación corresponde a una investigación explicativa, por lo que, la relación entre causas y resultados, así como variables, y las condiciones en las que se desarrolla la investigación. La unidad de análisis es el contrato de arrendamiento posterior de la empresa, los legajos contables y los estados financieros. Para realizar esta investigación se obtuvo información a través de entrevistas y análisis de los estados financieros de Ximena S.A.C. Finalmente, es posible concluir de los resultados que el leaseback puede ayudarnos a minimizar la deuda y amortizar la deuda en un corto período de tiempo, amortizando así los costos incurridos y aumentando la liquidez.

The purpose of this research work is to prove that the impact of the leaseback will be used as a financing option to obtain liquidity in Ximesa SAC, and to collect bibliographic materials. The inspection, analysis and preparation of the financial situation until the data is processed after the analysis of the results obtained, and then the variables are integrated according to the questions posed. The type of investigation corresponds to the explanatory one, therefore, the causes and effects will be investigated, as well as the relationship of the variables, and under what conditions the situation under study developed. The unit of analysis is the company's leaseback contract, accounting documents and financial statements. For the development of this investigation, information was obtained through the application of the interview and analysis to the financial statements of Ximena S.A.C. Finally, it was possible to conclude through the results, that the leaseback helps us to minimize our debts and even better to be able to face it in the short term, solving the expenses incurred and thus increasing liquidity.
