Costos del servicio y la rentabilidad del pollo a la brasa en la empresa Ronald´s restaurant S.A.C, período Enero, Lima, 2017

Abstract

La Presente Investigación lleva por título “Los Costos del Servicio y la Rentabilidad del Pollo a la brasa en la Empresa RONALD´S RESTAURANT S.A.C periodo Enero, Lima 2017”, teniendo como objetivo principal analizar, calcular e identificar la incidencia de los Costos del servicio en la rentabilidad del producto pollo a la brasa , para ello se toma como referencia que actualmente la empresa no cuenta con ningún sistema de Costeo para la distribución de todos los desembolsos en los que incurren para poder ofrecer su servicio. La información analizada fue tomada en las visitas que se tuvo que realizar a las distintas áreas de la empresa como la de producción, contabilidad, administración, para recaudar dicha información se usó como técnica análisis de documentos, y se procedió a realizar las fichas de registro tantos para materia prima , mano de Obra directa ,depreciación , gastos entre otros Para demostrar tal incidencia se realizó un diseño Transversal- correlacional aplicado con un caso práctico, ya que se procesó información real de un determinado periodo y con ello se analizará la relación entre ambas variables, para luego sustentar en forma sintética las conclusiones y Recomendaciones de la investigación.

The present investigation is entitled “Service Costs and the Profitability of Grilled Chicken in the Company RONALD´S RESTAURANT SAC period January, Lima 2017”, with the main objective of analyzing, calculating the incidence of Service Costs in the profitability of the grilled chicken product, for this it is taken as a reference that currently the company does not have any Costing system for the distribution of all disbursements incurred in order to offer its service. The information analyzed was taken in the visits that had to be made to the different areas of the company such as production, accounting, administration, to collect this information was used as a technical document analysis, and the registration forms were carried out many for Raw material, Direct Labor, Depreciation, expenses among others To demonstrate this incidence, a Transversal-correlational design applied with a practical case was carried out, since real information of a certain period was manipulated and with this the relationship between both variables will be analyzed, and then synthetically support the conclusions and Recommendations of the investigation.
