This thesis report has as main focus, to analyze how the program of development of producers allows the better commercialization of coffee under the fair trade system through the Association of Agricultural Producers “All the Blood“, Rodríguez de Mendoza - Amazonas. So that this product of national flag can enter and obtain recognition in the foreign market, not only for its quality and but for its great nutritional benefits, thus conquering a new market niche not explored by Peru. For this research a non-experimental design was used since the variables were not deliberately manipulated, the phenomena as observed in the current context were observed and analyzed. It is of TRANSVERSAL design - Correlational causal. In which an interview was used as an instrument to interview the president and specific members of the board of the Association of Agricultural Producers “Todos las Sangres“ and an interview with the 4 main clients of the Association, together with a documentary review that has been the basis of the information found in the interview and survey. The results obtained are transcendental, since they allowed to compile the level of productivity, quality, level of access to credit, level of institutional strengthening and technological strengthening, through analysis of monthly productions, customer satisfaction, support of entities to micro agro export companies and technological capability. The research served to demonstrate that through a development program for producers, different strategies can be applied to achieve the great potential of the national coffee through fair trade policies that allow it not only to become a business successful in international trade but also to help their community.
