This thesis performs the corresponding analysis to the development of a ecolodge-type four-star hotel and the effect it causes in the urban development of its surroundings, Casa Blanca area in Pachacámac. The purpose is to assess the urban image and place identity, preserving as much as possible its environmental qualities and contributing to its economic development and growth. The research design is qualitative, in which, based on the investigation of architecture, in terms of typology, materialization and the interior/exterior space relationship, and place, in terms of population and physical and natural environment, the hypothesis that the ecolodge-type four-star hotel promotes the urban development of the analyzed area is verified. Accordingly, an architectural draft is elaborated, whose main approach consists of preserving the existing natural environment and integrating the project to it, providing the needed infrastructure, which consists of accommodation area and its respective complementary service area, that guarantees the correct operation of this type of building.
