We propose an improved system for washing light vehicles of a mining company in the region of Cajamarca, which works by applying the potential energy which will reduce costs, reduce time and achieve better use of company resources providingquality service and good customer service. The implementation of the system requires an investment ofS/. 186 698 and a monthly maintenance fee of S/. 13 863 which is equivalent to only 56% of current monthly costs for system cleaning. The system is automatic, requiring only one operator, which should be in charge of the system to operate 24 hours a day.Knowing that the cleaning of the vehicle is essential to its operation and that vehicles may enter the wash as often asrequired, a system has been implemented to reuse water in order to not only reduce costs but also contribute to the consentwater management and care. The proposal of alternative energy uses that manage to be more profitable, economic, and efficient, the investment required to implement the system is able to recover completely over a period of 2 years, achieving a monthly savings of S/. 9 337. The proposal put forward can be applied anywhere in the country, innovate in the use of new energy that could get us to an age of technology that is not only cost effective, economical and efficient, but also environmentally responsible.
