La importancia de la identificación plena de los teléfonos celulares en la lucha contra el delito de receptación en Pisco - Ica en el año 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló ante una preocupante realidad que existe en nuestra sociedad peruana, como es el alto índice de delitos contra el patrimonio en su modalidad de receptación, basándonos específicamente en los celulares, ya que son el bien material de mayor implicancia. Partiendo esa premisa para estudiar el delito de receptación de celulares, se consideró de fundamental poder reconocer realmente sobre que objeto recae el delito, surgiendo así el tema de investigación denominado: “la importancia de la identificación plena de los teléfonos celulares en la lucha contra el delito de receptación”. También se podrá observar una explicación técnica sobre los teléfonos celulares, su estructura, su diversidad en la gama de productos que ofrece, su IMEI y donde lo podemos ubicar y otros indicativos que ayudaran a identificar plenamente nuestro teléfono celular. Veremos también la capacidad con la que cuenta el estado a través de sus instituciones, por medio de sistemas y basados en el marco normativo vigente, con los cuales hace frente a este enemigo que viene conquistando cada vez más territorio dentro de nuestra sociedad y del cual es necesario poner un freno antes de que termine por destruir la tranquilidad y la paz social que debe de imperar dentro de nuestra sociedad. En esta exploración se obtuvo la colaboración de diversos personajes que se encuentran comprometidos dentro del desarrollo de este delito tanto en la comisión del delito como en la lucha contra el mismo, logrando así extraer sus opiniones y vivencias, de las cuales se ha nutrido el presente estudio para poder llegar a obtener las conclusiones y la vez recomendamos respetuosamente algunas medidas a adoptar en la lucha contra este delito, esperando y bajo el noble fin de poder ayudar a nuestro sociedad que se ve afligida por tan cruel amenaza.

This research was developed in the face of a worrying reality that exists in our Peruvian society, such as the high rate of crimes against property in its reception modality and within the crime of reception jointly with cell phones since they are the material asset of greater implication in this crime. Starting from this premise to study the crime of cell phone reception, it was considered essential to be able to really recognize on what object the crime falls, thus arising the subject of this research: “the importance of the full identification of cell phones in the fight against the crime of reception”. In this research, you can see a technical explanation about cell phones, their structure, their diversity in the range of products it offers, their IMEI and where we can locate it and other indications that will help to fully identify our cell phone. We will also see the capacity of the state through its institutions, through systems and based on the current regulatory framework, with which it faces this enemy that has been conquering more and more territory within our society and from which it is necessary to put a brake before it ends up destroying the tranquility and social peace that should reign within our society. In the development of this study, we had the collaboration of various characters who are involved in the development of this crime both in the commission of the crime and in the fight against it, from which we were able to extract their opinions and experiences, from which the present study has been nurtured in order to reach the conclusions and from which we respectfully recommend some measures to be adopted in the fight against this crime, hoping and under the noble aim of being able to help our society that is afflicted by such cruel threat.
