The present investigation of professional sufficiency called implementation of the competencies according to the modeling of the information in the execution of the ICU and Hospitalization modules of the Huacho Hospital, 2020, established as its main purpose the comparative analysis of the inspection using the BIM methodology and the inspection method traditional, determining which is more efficient in preventing and optimizing: design, cost and budget in the execution phase. It was arranged to take into account the professional experience in participation in projects of expansion, remodeling, adaptation and conditioning in the hospital of huacho. Likewise, for the modeling, the information of the technical file, 2d plans, meters, technical specifications, budget, schedule and field information was necessary. Allowing to develop the modeling through the Revit software, integrating the specialties determining the interferences and incompatibilities. The results that were obtained through the modeling, allowed to anticipate in order to avoid over costs and reducing the initial budget. The application of the modeling favored the execution of the project, by intervening on the serious severity level interferences, the result showed that, implemented the modeling of the information in construction, it corrected design defects, reducing the direct cost of the initial budget S/. 4’470,819.74 to final settled budget S/. 4,406,229.22.
