Análisis de la rotación laboral y cómo influye en el costo de la constructora Edificaciones del Sur S. A. C. en el 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la rotación laboral y cómo influye en el costo de la Constructora edificaciones del Sur SAC, con el objetivo de brindar información a la empresa sobre la situación de sus trabajadores para ayudar con las decisiones de la misma. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, para ello, como instrumento usará la encuesta. Se concluye que la deserción generada dentro de la Constructora edificaciones del Sur SAC, se debe a un inadecuado entendimiento de los trabajadores por parte de la empresa. Además, se ha observado el impacto en los costos de la empresa siendo el 46,8% en total afirmaron los trabajadores. Asimismo, 46,4% afirman que la rotación laboral del personal si generas pérdidas significativas en la empresa. Por otro lado, se obtuvo en el Rho de Spearman 0,866, indicando que el aumento de costos tiene una relación fuerte con respecto a la rotación laboral de la empresa.

The objective of this research is to analyze labor turnover and how it influences the cost of Constructora edificaciones del Sur SAC, with the objective of providing information to the company about the situation of its workers to help with its decisions. This investigation is of a descriptive type, of non-experimental cross-sectional design, for this purpose, as an instrument, the survey will be used. It is concluded that the desertion generated within Constructora Construcciones del Sur SAC, is due to an inadequate understanding of the workers by the company. In addition, the impact on the costs of the company has been observed, with 46.8% in total, the workers said. Likewise, 46.4% affirm that the labor turnover of the personnel if you generate significant losses in the company. On the other hand, it was obtained in Spearman's Rho 0,866, indicating that the increase in costs has a strong relationship with respect to the company's labor turnover.
