This research was carried out at the company Resurrección E.I.R.L., which is dedicated to the production of lime. Its general objective is to carry out an Occupational Health and Safety Management Design, based on the ISO 45001: 2018 standard, to reduce the level of risks in said company. The beginning of this study occurred with the verification of compliance with the standard using a Checklist for the analysis of the current situation, this indicates that the company lacks a large percentage of compliance with said standard, having only 32%, which is a great deficiency for the company, thus making the design based on continuous improvement and using the Deming cycle or PVHA as a methodology to order the documentation and evaluate continuous improvement. The result of this design gives us an improvement of 98.44% compliance. We then evaluate the risk levels through the IPERCs of the 4 work areas, within them the activities carried out in the Quarry area are the most important, since it is where the activities are most dangerous and with This study carried out gives a better result according to its risk level, having the following data: high risk levels of 24%, average of 11%, low of 65% with their respective analysis, there is an improvement with a high risk level 5%, medium 22% and low with 73%. The level of risk is acceptable since for each area the high levels decrease by a large percentage and the low levels increase. The implementation of the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard has a cost of s /. 42 103. 50. The result of the benefit-cost analysis gave us the result of 1.37, since for each sun that is invested, a profit of 0.37 is obtained, giving a higher profit viability for the company Resurrección EIRL.
