The research consists of determining the effectiveness of the intervention of the Women's Emergency Center in cases of violence against women and members of the family group in the district of Chancay 2021. In Peru, violence against women is a problem that has been increasing in the last years, from this arises the need to carry out the present investigation. For this study, statistical reports, interviews with CEM staff and related professionals were used; The correlational, basic and mixed descriptive methodology was used with a cross-sectional experimental design, obtaining from it relevant information, such as statistics that denote the significant increase in this type of violence in the district of Chancay. The bibliographical references related to the subject will be explored, as well as the interacting laws, both national and international, in the intervention actions against this form of violence: The CEM diagnoses will shed light with their statistics and follow-up of typical cases, as well as of its shortcomings that lead to the conclusion that the intervention of this Chancayano estate has not been adequate, due to the lack of personnel and the work modality framed within the restrictions of the Central Government.
