The present research was performed in the Province of Trujillo and it is like objective to evaluation the seismic vulnerability of the Moche bridge using fragility functions due to the seismic risk that exists currently. For the elaboration of this thesis, a non-experimental type design and it was used CSi Bridge, SeismoMatch, SeismoArtif like as part of the modeling. This research evaluates the fragility functions that are used to estimate the probability of damage and structural vulnerability to a given seismic action of the Moche bridge, with parameters such as demand spectrums, synthetic accelerograms, random data of concrete and corrugated steel. The bridge is evaluated from its design according to the Manual de Puentes of Peru and with the generation of fragility functions obtained according to the guidelines of standard ASCE 41 – 13 and ATC – 40 through nonlinear static analysis and nonlinear dynamic analysis. As for the results obtained, it does not performance with the verifications used by the current standard because it uses other parameters with respect to the standard with which it was designed and with respect to the construction of the fragility functions to demonstrate the states of damage and the high level of vulnerability of the bridge for both analyzes. Obtaining like the Moche bridge to require rebuilding or building a new bridge in its place.
