Implementación de la metodología Lean Construction en el proyecto construcción de Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 para optimizar los costos y plazos, en el distrito de Oxapampa, año 2022

Abstract

Este presente trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito, utilizar la metodología Lean Construction (LC) para evaluar el plazo y costo en el proyecto de Construcción de Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 en el distrito de Oxapampa. La investigación es de orientación aplicada, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental – correlacional. La población quedó conformada por todas las obras públicas del distrito de Oxapampa que puedan ser ejecutadas aplicando la metodología Lean Construction, tomando como muestra la Construcción de la Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 del distrito de Oxapampa, de dicho presupuesto se seleccionaron las partidas correspondientes al título Estructuras Metálicas. La técnica manejada para recoger los datos es la observación y el análisis documental, con su instrumento la ficha de registro de datos. Se concluye que al implementar la metodología LC para evaluar el plazo en la construcción de la Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 del distrito de Oxapampa, 2022; se obtuvo que la metodología Lean Construction mejora significativamente el plazo para la construcción de la Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 del distrito de Oxapampa, 2022, puesto que se logra una reducción del plazo de ejecución de las partidas analizadas en un 7.69%. Al implementar la metodología LC para evaluar el costo en la construcción de la Compañía de Bomberos Nº 47 del distrito de Oxapampa, 2022, se determinó que mejora significativamente el costo ya que se logra optimizar el presupuesto general en un 13.00%.

The purpose of this present investigative work is to use the Lean Construction (LC) methodology to evaluate the term and cost in the Construction project of Fire Company No. 47 in the district of Oxapampa. The research is applied orientation, quantitative approach and non-experimental design - correlational. The population was made up of all the public works of the Oxapampa district that can be executed applying the Lean Construction methodology, taking as a sample the Construction of the Fire Company No. 47 of the Oxapampa district, from said budget the items corresponding to the title were selected. Metallic structures. The technique used to collect the data is observation and documentary analysis, with its instrument the data record sheet. It is concluded that by implementing the LC methodology to evaluate the term in the construction of the Fire Company No. 47 of the Oxapampa district, 2022; It was obtained that the Lean Construction methodology significantly improves the term for the construction of the Fire Company No. 47 of the Oxapampa district, 2022, since a reduction of the execution term of the analyzed items is achieved by 7.69%. By implementing the LC methodology to evaluate the cost in the construction of the Fire Company No. 47 of the Oxapampa district, 2022, it was determined that it significantly improves the cost since it is possible to optimize the general budget by 13.00%.
