The buildings that are within the educational sector offer different services in the area of education, whether academic and/or professional, all this in order to provide optimal care and offer education in adequate conditions, within these facilities are the Innovation and Creativity Centers, whether within an urbanization, district or context where there are demanding users. The objective of this research work is to determine how the spatial configuration conditions the design of a Center for innovation and creativity in Trujillo, based on the search to create optimal climatic environments for the functionality of educational activities, this within environments that have a good architectural design. For this, a methodology will be used based on the analysis of architectural cases where the use of these spatial configuration strategies and their relationship with the architectural design of the building for optimal space design can be appreciated. Later, different design guidelines were obtained for the architectural object in question. In addition, statistical data on the demand for annual students in the different educational establishments of the district were analyzed for their projection within 30 years, obtaining the size and scope of the project. Finally, the respective architectural program was developed and the land area, general areas and others were determined as required to locate the architectural object of this research thesis.
