Abstract: RESUMEN
En el presente proyecto se desarrolla el plan de negocios para la producción y comercialización de “Nectar de Granadilla”.
La granadilla es un fruto característico de la región Cajamarca y se obtiene de campos de cultivo natural, no es un cultivo intensivo, su producción se integra con otros arbustos y árboles frutales.
Se busca dar valor agregado al fruto de la granadilla transformándola en néctar, cuya demanda viene creciendo en el mercado nacional, regional y local, asimismo en el mercado internacional. Porque es un producto nutritivo, natural, agradable y con altos estándares de calidad.
Se realiza una investigación de mercado mediante encuesta directa, determinando el público objetivo al que se orienta la idea de negocio, diferenciando los estratos socioeconómicos A, B y C de la ciudad de Cajamarca. Este mercado presenta ventajas que el proyecto debe aprovechar tales como: Consumo continuo de néctares, capacidad de compra del público objetivo y no existe empresas que producen néctar de granadilla de manera sostenida en el ámbito del proyecto.
La maquinaria o equipo a instalarse en la empresa tiene la capacidad de procesar néctar durante todo el año. El negocio se llevará a cabo a través de una Empresa Individual de Responsabilidad Limitada
La inversión total del proyecto es de S/.175, 558.44, de los cuales serán financiados con préstamo del Scotiabank (40%: en un monto que asciende a S/.70, 223.38) y el 60 % será aporte propio cuya suma asciende a S/. 105, 335.07.
Los indicadores de evaluación económica y financiera del proyecto nos muestran que es viable, el Valor Actual Neto Económico (VANE) es positivo y asciende a S/. 134, 486; el Valor Actual Neto Financiero es de S/. 125,365; La Tasa Interna de Retorno Económico es 29 % y la Tasa Interna Neta Financiera 39.3 %, es superior al costo de oportunidad del mercado financiero. El ratio beneficio – costo es 1.83; por lo tanto el proyecto es rentable.
ABSTRACT This project develops a business plan about production and commercialization of passion fruit’s nectar. The passion fruit is a characteristic product of Cajamarca – Peru and it is obtained from natural crop fields. It is not an intensive cultivation. Its production is integrated with other bushes and fruit trees. We search to give an added value to the passion fruit by transforming it in nectar, which demand is growing in local and international markets, because it is a nutritive, natural, tasty and with high quality standards product. We made a market research by means of direct survey, determining the objective public, target of this business idea, distinguishing socio economics stratums A, B and C in Cajamarca city. This market present advantages that our project must exploit, like: continuous consumption of nectar, the capacity of buying in the consumers and non existence of companies that produce passion fruit’s nectar in a sustained way in this project’s area. The machines or equipment that will be installed have the capability of produce nectar during the whole year. The business will be carry out through an Individual Company of Limited Responsibility. The total investment of this project to amounts to S/. 175, 558. 44, money that will be financed in the following way: 40% ( S/. 70, 223. 38) through a loan from Scotiabank and 60% ( S/. 105 335. 07) through a contribution from the company’s owner.
