This work focuses on the implementation of 5S's and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies, which aims to optimize the production process and reduce non-conforming products in a hosiery company. The importance of reducing products in reprocessing is due to the fact that within a world where competition is high, product efficiency and quality are essential to achieve demand and customer satisfaction. With the 5S methodology, we seek to reduce production costs, increase productivity and a safer work environment while with the Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology, we want to provide an approach to sustainably accelerate growth. business and promote quality and innovation in the production process. Together, implementing both methodologies seeks to create a favorable work environment. During the development of the work, the research methodologies are described, which includes the implementation of the 5S cards that go hand in hand with the quality parameters during the production process. Within this, an analysis is carried out before and after the implementation of the improvement and then present recommendations to maintain constant improvement.
