This research study proposes a set of procedures that facilitated the implementation of a manufacturing management model, whose objective is to improve the quality of the production process in a textile microenterprise. At the end of the implementation process, improvements were observed in the efficiency of the cutting and sewing area by 4.99% and in the printing and embroidery area by 6.76%, as well as a reduction in production time of 16.09%, which represents an improvement not only in quality, but also in the company's profitability. A general diagnosis of the company was made, where the main problem was found, as well as the causes that originated it and the consequences it would bring if the corrective actions were not carried out, all in a quantitative way. After that, the design of the solution was elaborated, in which several Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques were used, which helped in the eradication of the problem. Afterwards, control actions were established, which helped in monitoring the proposed design and verifying if everything has been fulfilled as planned. Finally, assurance actions were proposed, so that the solution model continues to be constantly improved. Based on this model, it is hoped that other microenterprises will be able to use it to improve their level of competitiveness.
