In the context in which brands are investing in advertising campaigns to attract new consumers and users, the constant competition threatens their permanence in the market. Thus, the importance of retaining customers, generating repurchase and establishing bonds to achieve their long-term preference arises. Previous research has analyzed loyalty campaigns mainly aimed at end users; however, the strategies are different when the target audience is corporate customers. This analysis will present the Reinhold Würth Workout Week loyalty campaign carried out in June 2023 by the company Würth Peru. Würth serves corporate clients in various segments such as mining, general mechanics, metal structures and steel locksmithing, marketing pneumatic, electric, battery and manual tools such as drills, grinders and products such as lubricants, silicones, cutting discs, clamps, among others. The main objective of the campaign was to build loyalty among the company's Top 100 corporate clients, as well as to increase the average ticket by 30% of their monthly consumption. Another specific objective was to reinforce Würth's positioning as a German quality company. A quantitative analysis methodology was used, through a market segmentation analysis, stakeholder identification and corporate customer experience mapping. In the field of Communication and Advertising, this paper analyzes a practical case of successful loyalty building in corporate clients.
