The cultivation of oil palm in Peru has experienced significant growth in recent years, with a 119.90% increase in harvested area between 2015 and 2021. This cultivation not only provides stable income for small-scale farmers but also generates formal employment and efficiently utilizes land over extended periods. Despite its economic benefits, specialized tool marketers for this cultivation have not seen a significant increase in their sales. In response to this situation, a solution is proposed that combines the PDCA cycle, the Inbound Marketing commercial methodology, and the CRM Scorecard in a retail company specializing in agricultural tools. The general objective is to increase sales and market share; to achieve this, a set of tools is proposed to address the causes identified previously. The results of the implementation of these strategies show an increase in sales compared to the year 2022 (88,785 soles) by 0.97% annually, representing income in 2023 of 89,645 soles. Also, an increase in market share for 2023, which was 29.70%, surpassing its direct competitor, which obtained 29.30%. Likewise, the implementation generated greater customer retention and satisfaction. Therefore, the digital marketing campaign achieved a CTR of 4.11%, surpassing the 4% target, indicating its effectiveness. Additionally, the conversion rate was 10.28%, the ROAS was 517.50%, and the average sales ticket was 88.19 soles, all surpassing their respective objectives. Furthermore, the customer retention rate reached 94.29%, while the customer abandonment rate remained within the established target. These results are reflected in an NPS of 78%, indicating high customer loyalty and a willingness to recommend the company's products. In summary, the implementation of these strategies has proven effective in improving market participation and ensuring the sustainable success of retail companies specializing in the sale of agricultural tools.
