Objective: identify the level of perception of humanized nursing care in pregnant patients treated in the emergency service of the San Bartolomé Hospital, during the year 2023. Materials and methods: it was carried out under the quantitative approach, non- experimental design, the sample was 272 pregnant women who came to the San Bartolomé hospital in an emergency, the PCHE 3rd version instrument was used. Results: the perception of humanized care is at a moderately favorable level (44.12%), followed by an unfavorable level (28.31%), and a favorable level (27.57%). In the qualities of doing dimension, it is moderately favorable (45.22%); followed by the unfavorable level (27.57%); and a favorable level (27.21%). The patient-nurse communication dimension is mostly moderately favorable (36.03%); followed by a favorable level, (39.34%); and an unfavorable level (24.63%). The predisposition dimension for attention; the majority is moderately favorable (40.44%); followed by the moderately unfavorable level (32.17%); and a favorable level (26.84%). Conclusion: it was identified that the level of perception of humanized nursing care is mostly at a moderately favorable level.
