Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of compliance with good prescription practices in master prescriptions and the quality of dispensing in the Farmacys Pharmaceutical Office, Ate Lima Perú - January – June 2022. Material and method: study with a quantitative, descriptive, correlational approach, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study population was made up of 450 users, with their respective master recipes and the sample was 207 users. Data collection technique and instrument: two questionnaires were used. Results: 15.9% presented a level of compliance with good prescribing practices at a deficient level, 57.0% at a regular level and 27.1% at an optimal level. Likewise, 11.6% have a dispensing quality at a low level, 61.4% a regular level and 27.1% a high level. Conclusions: in most cases, there has been concern about exercising good prescription practice and this has had an impact on the regular levels that have been found in the quality of dispensing, showing a direct relationship according to study statistics.
