The coffee farmers of the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro river valleys present various problems at the time of their commercialization, one of these being the low profitability they have, opting for an illicit product to be able to solve themselves, for this reason the objective of this research is generate an attractive proposal for the farmer to improve their competitiveness in the market. In the investigation, the survey was used to collect data in the field, and as a statistical base the correlation coefficient between commercial articulation and competitiveness, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to support the validity of the survey, being a non-experimental investigation, cross-sectional and correlational that allows to relate the variables of the investigation. The research uses the documentary analysis, and the analysis based on surveys for the collection of data in the field, the correlation coefficient is used as a statistical base for the data of the commercial articulation and competitiveness, and the cronbach's alpha to support the validity of the poll. This being a non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational investigation since it allows us to relate the variables of the investigation. For the development, the following phases were followed: 1) Collection of secondary information based on books, reports and experts on the subject 2) Design of instruments and tools 3) Field work 4) Processing and analysis of information 5) Design of the proposal 6) Results and discussion. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the VRAEM producers are not competitive in the current market due to various factors that affect their performance in the product and marketing, in addition to showing that the commercial articulation is highly correlated with the competitive variables of the farmer. , thus being a favorable instrument for farmers. It was shown that the commercial articulation would increase the competition of the farmers in the markets that they want to enter, either external or internal, to a great extent, materializing several benefits for the farmer and the community as a whole.
