Resumen: El proyecto presente tendrá por objetivo realizar un estudio de prefactibilidad para la viabilidad técnica, económica, social, medio ambiental y de mercado de la instalación de un centro eSport Gamer en la ciudad de Lima. El plan de investigación incluirá objetivos, referencias, cronograma de actividades, glosario de términos, definición del servicio y se aplicará las herramientas de investigación y conocimientos de la carrera. El actual mercado se encuentra en un crecimiento del 20% anual, factor que se buscará aprovechar para impulsar la tendencia con el alquiler de PCs profesionales y las lecciones de juegos de PC por parte de pro-gamers.
Posteriormente, para la localización del proyecto deberá cumplir con acercamiento al mercado objetivo y los bajos costos de fuentes de energía. Además, el número de horas mínimo para mantener la operación será 74 689 horas el primer año. Con respecto al local, se ha diseñado de tal forma que el asistente se sienta en un ambiente agradable, gamer y atractivo, garantizando la calidad y seguridad del servicio. Por otra parte, se ha determinado la organización del personal más adecuada para garantizar la efectividad de la operación.
Prosiguiendo con el capítulo financiero, los presupuestos de costos e ingresos que se espera percibir en el periodo de evaluación del proyecto, se obtiene que el proyecto muestra rentabilidad desde lo económico y financiero obteniendo una utilidad neta de S/668 959 desde el primer año, que seguirá en tendencia de crecimiento.
Finalmente, las evaluaciones económicas y financieras resultaron positivas. Por cada sol invertido en esta parte del proyecto, generarían de rentabilidad S/3,84 soles de valor agregado. Concluyendo que el proyecto será viable económico, técnico, social, medio ambientalmente y de mercado.
The objective will be to carry out pre-feasibility study to determinate the technical, economic, social, environmental and market viability of the implementation of an eSport Gamer center in the city of Lima. The research plan will include objectives, references, schedule of activities, a glossary, a definition of the service and the knowledge learned in the career of industrial engineering. This business is growing 20% annually, a factor that we’re going to use for explote the trend of rental of professional PCs and PC gaming lessons from pro-gamers. Subsequently, the place selected for implement this project must comply with important factors like nearest to objective people or low electricity price. The amount of services that must be executed per year to maintain the operation was calculated to 74 689 hours the fisrt year. Also, the establishment has been designed in such a way that the assistant sits at a professional computer that guarantee a pleasant, gamer, and attractive environment. In addition, were detected the appropriate distribution of our people to guarantee the operation. Continuing with the financial chapter, the cost and income budgets expected to receive in the project evaluation period, result that the company is profitable from the economic and financial point of view, obtaining a positive net profit of S/668 959 from the first year of operations, which follows an increasing trend in the remaining four years of evaluation. Finally, economic, and financial evaluations were positives. For each Sol inverted this project, they would generate a return of S/.3,84 value added. Concluding that the project will be economically, technically, socially, environmentally and market viable.
