The purpose of this work is to offer a proposal for a professional strategic plan that ensures a successful entry of the Fast Retailing company to the Peruvian market. Fast Retailing is a Japanese company in the fast fashion industry, with numerous stores in Japan and other countries, stores that offer innovative and high-quality clothing at an affordable price. In order to offer a good strategic plan, an internal and external analysis of the company was necessary. The internal diagnosis determined that the company has solid strengths that allow it to compete well in its environment. In the same way, the external diagnosis of the company concluded that the organization responds well to the opportunities and threats analyzed in this industry. Under this premise, the methodology of this work not only consists in analyzing the strategies used by the company, many of which have allowed it to succeed in this industry, but also if they are adequate for entering the Peruvian market and what new strategies are feasible to apply. Strategies were analyzed and determined in the global environment, at the corporate, business and functional level, without neglecting the organizational objectives of Fast Retailing, but above all the vision, mission and principles by which the entire corporation is governed. It also takes into account what organizational structure the corporation must adopt and what changes are needed for the implementation of strategies in the company. The professional proposal would not be complete if a strategic control of the results is not proposed, which is completely measurable, objective and quantitative through management indexes in the most important perspectives of Fast Retailing. In conclusion, Fast Retailing has all the weapons to compete in the Peruvian market. In this paper, it is suggested that Fast Retailing take advantage of the opportunities that the Peruvian market is offering and that it enter in the medium term (1-3 years), during which time the right conditions are expected for Fast Retailing to use the strategies proposed. and gain considerable acceptance and share in this market.
