The following work of investigation evaluates the viability of implementing a plant of production of nutritious sticks, and for this reason we proceeded to carry out the analysis of feasibility from the point of market, technological, economic, financial and social, using in its development the knowledge acquired in the career of industrial engineering. It can be indicated that the product has an accessible price and in its characteristics it was highlighted the innovation in the presentation and the high protein value, including a balanced mixture of components such as wheat flour (Triticum aestivum), kiwicha (Amaranthus caudatus), quinoa (Cinchona officinalis) and anchovy (Enjauláis Ringens). Within the framework of the specific objectives of the project, it can be indicated that a market study of sweet cookies at a national level was carried out, an aspect that provided positive results of the strengths of the sector and the predisposition of the client to accept an innovative proposal. In fact, it was identified that, although the largest market share is held by Alicorp, Nestlé and Mondelez, there is an acceptable percentage with a growing trend for small companies. It was also possible to determine the availability of raw materials, concluding that the country has the necessary conditions to supply the demand up to the project's useful life date (year 2026). Regarding technology, no limitations were found for the acquisition of machinery due to its national origin. On the other hand, in quality aspects, a Haccp implementation plan was developed and the necessary guidelines were established to identify control points in each productive stage. Similarly, the location of the plant was determined by means of the factor ranking technique where Metropolitan Lima was selected as the optimum location. Finally, it was determined the viability from the economic and financial point of view, showing values of profitability and liquidity in each year of operation. In the last chapter the social indicators were analyzed, determining that the company has social responsibility.
