The identified problem is related to the inadequate configuration in the supply chain of the company Qhali Kay Group, which has deficiencies in the areas of internal/external logistics and operations. In response to this, this Professional Sufficiency Paper proposes three alternative solutions to address the identified problems of this company, dedicated to the production, industrialization and trade of natural and organic products in the Peruvian market; problems found specifically in the supply chain. The methodology used was descriptive and applied mainly by means of a bibliographic review. The main recommendations proposed have been organized in the supply chain and its efficient management. It is proposed that logistics optimization be carried out through the Theory of Constraints (TOC), which will allow the identification and elimination of bottlenecks, improve planning and reduce costs. With this, the company will be able to improve its processes and efficiency in its supply chain, satisfying the needs of end customers. Also, it was found that the use of supply chain management is of vital importance to have a predetermined way of performing activities with respect to companies that produce products by themselves.
